Jedná se o dodatek a je nutné vlastnit základní hru Total War Three Kingdoms v platformě Steam!
Osm nebojácných princů se pouští do války!
Rozšíření, Total War Three Kingdoms Eight Princes, se odehrává celých 100 let po událostech z původní hry. Křehký mír byl obnoven, přesto však ve vzduchu již visí otazníky nad vypuknutím dalších bitev.
Několik nových hratelných frakcí přichází, aby se popralo o moc, nad tehdejší Čínou. Dynastie Tiň je sice u moci, ale vypadá to, že na dlouho ne. Píše se totiž rok 291 n.l. a hráč se ocitá v událostech, které jsou od základní hry vzdálené již přes 100 dlouhých let. Osm nových knížat zastupuje několik frakcí, které jsou natolik nebezpečné, že by dokázaly změnit samotný chod dějin. Hráč tak opět bude urputně bojovat s vychytralou AI, která používá elitní jednotky a výborné taktické postupy. Diplomatické jednání budou náročná a obchod, někdy vskutku velmi nevýhodný. Dynastie Tiň se u moci udrží pouze násilím, otázkou však bude, na jakou stranu se postaví hráč.
